Private Dispensing Experience
With the ongoing disruption caused by the coronavirus, we understand that some people may still be hesitant to visit the opticians, which is why we have introduced our private dispensing experience.
In Otley and Shipley, the opticians’ practice will be closed exclusively for you. You will be able to choose your new spectacles within our highest level of covid-secure setting. Surfaces and products will be disinfected before and after your visit.
Currently this service is available on Wednesdays, and you should call the practice to book a private dispensing appointment. Online booking is not possible.
Closure Time
One hour for dispensing only. Two hours for eye examination with dispensing

Our highest level of patient protection applies. Staff are vaccinated and have bi-weekly lateral flow testing
